Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Only regular-priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
- Email us at elzie.jvr@mitmakmotors.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and whether you’d like an exchange or refund.
- We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Delivery & Shipping Info:
- We charge a flat delivery fee of R150.
- Shipping is available within South Africa only.
- Our base is in Pretoria North, and all orders are dispatched from here.
- Please allow 5–10 working days for delivery, depending on your location.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days to your original payment method.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
