Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Only regular-priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

1. Email us at elzie.jvr@mitmakmotors.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and whether you’d like an exchange or refund.
2. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
3. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Delivery & Shipping Info:

• We charge a flat delivery fee of R150.
• Shipping is available within South Africa only.
• Our base is in Pretoria North, and all orders are dispatched from here.
• Please allow 5–10 working days for delivery, depending on your location.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days to your original payment method.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable.
